I was very satisfied with the speedy shipping and the installation instructions.
It took me a little over two hours and thats only because of reading the instructions step by step.

My car was stuck in park. Thankfully it was in my garage. I google the problem online and came across a customer reference to Billets. I read several reviews from prior customers stating they had the same problem, purchased the product and installed it. "Yeah right"....I said. So I went to the dealership and they quoted me a minimum of $300. Not! I went back to the billets website and purchased the product. I pulled up the step by step instructions and gathered all the tools. Within 3 hours the part was installed. If you are reading this, then take the time to do it yourself. The instructions are awesome. Thank you!!!

I'm very happy with the part and the installation instructions. It's a very easy fix and once I found out the dealership would charge hundreds of dollars to replace a broken plastic piece with another plastic piece I knew I wasn't going that route. I'll be doing more business with Billet Technology!

Part arrived very quickly and was exactly what was described and ordered. Was nice that the return spring was included as well. Instructions were very detailed and PERFECT!! Got everything town down, installed the part, built it all back up and re-installed, and now the shifter shifts as intended. Thanks for a great part and everything that came with it to get the job done!

This was definitely my best experience ever! It started with learning from your video on the Internet what was wrong with my parents car. Then your site was easy to maneuver and find what I needed. Placing the order was easy and the part was here in two days. But here's what impressed me the most, attached to my receipt was a downloadable very detailed instructions with good pictures, that showed exactly what to do step by step. I'm a long time do it yourselfer and Internet shopper, I have honestly never been more pleased. The part works great and I feel better that it's metal and not plastic. I figure I saved my parents about $600, thanks to your help. Many thanks! I'll be back!

Dudes, you rock!

I don't have a problem (usually) letting the shop fix what I can't (or don't want to), but I couldn't see paying up to $400 for a replacement that would have the same weak plastic part inside. Y'all got this to me overnight, and since I already tore the console/shifter out, it was ready to go. Now the shifter box is bolted back and hooked up, and it works perfectly.

Had to shoot you this review, now I'll go back out to the garage and spend an hour or so putting the console and dash back together.

Thanks for an outstanding product!

I purchased a knock off part that looked like pot metal and fit even worse. No phone support either. I called these guys and they hooked me up with free overnight shipping and walked me thru the install on the phone. Thank you for everything.

It's so pretty I hate that it is buried in the console! Followed the "destructions" and had the car back up and running in no time. Did DC actually make this piece pink as some kind of a joke? Thank you for an amazing product at a great price! Great work!
