I ordered this product on January 13th, 2014 because my old dipstick got snapped in half. I did not receive the product until February 21st, 2014, 31 days later, despite the website saying it was in stock and should ship within 2 weeks. When the product finally did arrive, it was not an oil dipstick. Instead, it was the handle to an oil dipstick! NO WHERE on the site or on the sale receipt does it state that you will receive only a handle. What good is a handle without a dipstick? Now I must go spend another $30 on the part that I actually need! Aside from that, the product itself is nice but useless to me at this point in time. ( Billet Tech Response: Our website is clear all color and polished items will ship within 20 business days. The availability clearly states "inventory on hand standard lead-times apply." Those lead-times are in the product description. Your items shipped within that lead-time. The product description clearly states that the item "comes with a pin and o'ring for installation onto your current dipstick. " Your point is noted and we are making the change to dipstick handle. When in doubt make a call and we will always refund your dollars to you. Thanks again from Team BT).
